PARKING
We are located directly across the street from Pasqualie’s restraunt in West De Pere. There is parking available in the front and there is a parking lot to the side of the building.

WHEN TO ARRIVE
Please arrive a minimum of five minutes before your scheduled appointment time. That allows us time to get you checked in and for you to complete an intake form. If arriving late, please remember your treatment will end on time so next guest is not inconvenienced.

PAYMENT
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. (Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express)

SPA ETIQUETTE
To ensure a peaceful and quite atmosphere, we request that you turn off all pagers and cell phones. Please keep your voices down as others are enjoying their treatments. We offer Vemma drinks and water. Please do not bring small children to appointments.

NO SHOWS AND SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS
All clients that do not show for there appointment or do not give us a 24 hour notice will need to prepay for any future appointment with us at Strength of the Hands.

CANCELLATIONS
We need 24 hours notice for any cancellations to allow us to adequately fill our schedules.

GRATUITY AND TAX
Treatments are not taxed and do not include gratuity. Gratuity is accepted by staff when you receive and appreciate outstanding service. It may be given at your discretion and can be left at the reception desk after checkout.

LIVING SOCIAL, GROUPON, DEAL CHICKEN, VAL-PAC

Regarding any coupons for any appointments, we need a 24 hour cancellation notice. If we do not receive a 24hour cancellation notice or you no show for the appointment, the coupon does become voided out and can no longer be used with us.
